Clare Hollingsworth, the previous CEO of personal hospital group Spire Healthcare and its predecessor Bupa Hospitals, has been appointed non-executive chairman designate of the Go-Forward Group, the general public transport operator which gives bus and rail companies throughout the UK.
Go-Forward Group stated that Hollingsworth will succeed Andrew Allner who's stepping down as non-executive chairman and retire from the board in October.
Along with her CEO roles at Bupa Hospitals and Spire Healthcare, Hollingswoth has been a non-executive director at Virgin Healthcare Holdings.
She has been non-executive chairman of Eurostar Worldwide since July 2013, having first joined the board as a non-executive director in 2010, and leaves the enterprise on the finish of June.
She can also be at present a non-executive director of UK Authorities Investments and Molnlycke AB, and senior impartial director at The LTA.
She was beforehand a non-executive director with Savills plc and Assura plc, each property companies. She has additionally been managing director at Caledonian Airways.
